Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and LetsCook, concerning your access to and use of the website. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website.

User Representations

User Registration

User Generated Contributions

Any Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
